With hearts open to growth and minds eager to learn, 38 dedicated participants—Jesuits, religious, and diocesan priests—gathered at the Edmund Campbell Retreat House in Hanwella from February 9th to 13th for a transformative Workshop on Spiritual Leadership Animation.

Guided by two esteemed facilitators, Fr. Dion Vaz SJ, Provincial of Karnataka, and Fr. Jossie D’Mello SJ, Rector of Mt. Their deep commitment to leadership in faith illuminated every session, inspiring all who attended.

A heartfelt gratitude to Rev. Fr. Angelo Sujeewa Pathirana SJ, Provincial Superior of Jesuits of Sri Lanka, and Rev. Fr. Lasantha de Abrew SJ, Province Development Director, for their unwavering support. Special appreciation also goes to the Blessed Sacrament Fathers, Fr. Jude SSS and Fr. Aruna SSS, for their warm hospitality and care.

Supported by the Catholic Diocese of Stockholm, Sweden, this gathering was more than just a workshop—it was a journey of reflection, learning, and strengthening the bonds of spiritual leadership. Participants praised the engaging sessions, collaborative approach, and the invaluable presence of provincials, whose insights enriched the discussions.
